For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation for a period of 30 calendar days from written notification of the dispute.

In the event that the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties may resort to mediation mechanisms available through CONDUSEF or authorized mediation centers in Mexico City.
